How do I create an account?

1. Click the "My Account" or "Sign in or Create an account" link at the top right side of our site.
2. Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on orders within the United States and US Protectorates. International shipping (outside the United States) will be calculated during checkout based on your package(s) weight.

I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?". That link will send an email to you with your password.

How do I return my product? 
We pride ourself in our customer service and are proud to offer a "No-Hassle" returns program to make your purchasing experience as simple as possible. As a general rule we accept returns for up to 90 days from the date of original delivery.

Should anything be wrong with your order we will make sure you are taken care of with either replacement parts, an exchange (depending on availability) or a return for a full refund at our expense.
